What currency are the prices I see on the site?

All prices are in USD.

 

I just placed an order; when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out; average shipping times are 5-7 days.

 

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at shop@bellacalipacific.com.

 

I am not satisfied with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return it for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the total amount of your original purchase. Please include the name and order number on the returned parcels.

 

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. 

 

I have entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email, and confirm. Once you double-check if the address is wrong, kindly notify us via email at shop@bellacalipacific.com. If the address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Here’s an estimate of our standard shipping times:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Please note that holidays and unforeseen delays may affect delivery times. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. For additional information, feel free to reach out to our customer support team!

Shipping

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are continuously exploring opportunities to expand and bring Bella Cali Pacific to customers worldwide. Stay tuned for future updates!

When will my order be processed?

Most orders will be processed and mailed within 24-72 hours of placing your order. Processing of your order does not include shipping time. We do offer a number of shipping options that we promise to process same day for US domestic shipments. For more information please see our Delivery & Returns Policy.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order by using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply click the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website for real-time updates on your delivery. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us!

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details and the correct address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
